East Walker Wrecker was excellent. As far as U-Haul, some work needs to be done. I rented a trailer. The trailer tongue could not be picked up my me or 2 gentlemen at East Walker Wrecker. One of the gentlemen had to get a floor jack to lift for the tongue so it could be attached to the ball on the truck . While I understand that the new braking system is for safety purposes, the trailer jack should still be a necessity. Merci!

JASON RPerson running the pick up did not do a walk through with me of the vehicle. Did not understand how to properly process the pick up. Made an issue when I tried to turn it in and forced me to do the turn in online instead of handling it in office. Truck cab had roaches(i did not get pictures).
