The original pick up location was old trolley road Summerville where I got the truck on Monday, They were supposed to give me a location to pick up the car hauler on Wednesday because the were closed that day. They never called me back and left me hanging.

I don't understand why you charge for gas when you already charge $.99 per mile. It seems like you are double dipping to charge both.

The national help center is not always on the same page as the local dealer. Reservations were not synced properly and in one case was duplicated for some reason. Wasn't offered a choice for a drop-off location that was more convenient for me. Ended up taking it there anyway and they were able to accept the drop-off.

Look at reversing cameras for reversing with only one person. I feel pretty confident but every now and then I get out to check spare available and distance to move.
