There's no drop box. When the truck was dropped off the people were not friendly at all

Jonathan J.This was the first location that I was told to go out and hook up the trailer. Them hooking it up for me didn't seem like it was even an option. It also hadn't been swept out from the previous time it was rented. I will not rent from this location ever again.
James A.When I picked up this unit truck, the gas gauge was on empty and I mean empty. They told me I could get gas. If you miles up the road the fuel gauge told me I had 6 miles till empty. I was sweating the whole way there other than that everything was OK.
