When I went to pick up my van at noon on Sunday, the rental office was closed. The gas station attendant was borderline rude telling me the office was closed. I told him I had a reservation. He told me I was not getting my truck that day. I made him call (he did not offer) the rental manager who told me how to use the electronic rental pickup via my phone. After that the pickup went smoothly. I suggest someone talk with the gas station attendant to explain the basics of customer service.
