Even though I completed all steps on the App, including uploading my Driver Licences images, and complete payment, I had to redo this at the Pickup location. Very upsetting, especially during the COVID pandemic, where minimal contact with others is essential.

The location and staff were great! However, the vehicle itself was very much lacking in cleanliness and comfort. With that said it's a U-Haul, so what do you expect?...it's about like driving through McDonald's and complaining that your fries are cold ??

The trucks are parked a good distance from the building which isn't that big a deal, but it would helpful if there was a walkway to the grass/gravel lot that the trucks were stored in so that you didn't have to walk thru 15-20 feet of mud and mush. Otherwise the location is good.
