Store hours to close at noon on Sunday took truck back at 10:50 and it was closed. Had to leave keys in drop box 4 stores down at beauty salon. Then they called me 2 days later to ask if and where I dropped truck off.

Aaron BI declined every single coverage online, but a $5,000 coverage for $40 was added at this location without my permission.
ROBERT LThe car dolly had a badly out of balance wheel, 45-50 mph unloaded, starting at 62 loaded. It was bad enough I could see the left side wheel bouncing up and down in the mirror when we were towing it unloaded. This is not the location’s fault. The customer service there was excellent. There was no way the location would have known, and obviously the last user didn’t report it
