I noticed my truck didn't have a full tank of gas, so I photographed the gas level and the odometer before I left the parking lot. I nonetheless filled up the gas tank when I finished my 25-mile or so route and paid 44 $+ to fill the tank. Clearly I didn't use 44 $in gas for 25 miles. When I complained to the manager, he said he couldn't do anything because I didn't object to the gas level before I left the office. I rented the truck to serve a non-profit agency and found this experience less than ideal.MARLENE S.

1. I requested a furniture dolly rental. The dolly was not in the rental truck nor available outside. I had to requeue in the service counter line to get one, which delayed me about 10 minutes. 2. My fuel was not topped off to begin with. A 10' truck is rated at 12 mpg, and I drove 17 gallons, but I had to fill up 4 gallons to top it off. The meter was at F initially, but it is digital, not analog. It was likely missing about 2-3 gallons of fuel (90-95% full with a 31 gallon tank).VINCENT W.

The machines were broken at 7:30 am pick up time- it took over an hour to get the truck and pads and pay. The new employee tried his best, but there were slow problems. He told me I can bring it back before 3pm- I brought it back at 2:15 and then they charged me for keeping it past the 6 hours. Really poor treatment and bad customer service.
