This was the most un-user friendly process i have ever been through. I would never go back here. The email link i was sent to check in before i got there did not work, kept going to a blank page that showed i had no open orders. I ended up having to wait in store for over 20 minutes when i got there to speak to someone to get everything set up for rental i had already done over phone. Did all work twice, took longer. I was told android phones have this problem. Truck we received had wrong mileage and gas reading - had to be scratched out and initialed by boy who drove truck around to us. When we came back at midnight to initiate self return i took all the time to download u-haul app and create account - just to have it again not recognize any open orders to check in. So my husband finally just went to the uhaul.com/return listed on sign in driveway and manually associated our order number to go through self return. After half hour photo/check in process it said we would be charged $127 versus roughly $80 it should have been and what we were quoted in store because of course that mileage and gas reading was wrong. I clicked no, I dont approve this charge. Then we finally get to point of where to drop keys in box. Website shows orange box on a pole - we literally drove around building 4 times at midnight very frustrated and could find no clear key drop. Finally we found a very dark door on side of building that has a small slot almost like a mail slot - that is where keys go. Very obscure, nothing like photo depiction said to look for. Most frustrating experience at midnight after moving since 8 am that morning non-stop. Literally most frustrating customer experience I have ever had. I called u-haul yesterday to make this complaint, asked for GM Wayne to call me back - only to have some girl in his store call on his behalf 24 hours later. Not happy with the in-person customer service either. This gave u-haul a very bad name to me.

The problem for me was a computer "glitch" that resulted in 10-day delay in the delivery of the U-Box moving unit I rented. In the end, I was satisfactorily compensated for the late delivery and all my items arrived intact, but only a few days late.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received. I feel completely taken advantage of and there was a serious lack of compassion and respect. Unless I talk with someone higher up than Wayne GM at the surprise / bell & grand location, im making it my mission to spread my horrible experience with as many people as possible.

I ordered storage bins and they neglected to have them notated in the system. I was able to verify my confirmation emails and had to get a bit cranky for them to get the point that they were ordered and confirmed twice before the drivers arrived.

I always find U Haul to be unde stafffed. This was better than most, but still needs quicker service. Other than that, when I was in front of the staff they were very accommdating.

The vehicle smelled once you turned on the heater and caused my husband to have respiratory problems. Filters should be checked regularly.

Everything was perfect up to the point where I walked up to pick the truck up. Inside employees were superb! However the guy that was outside was a jerk. He didn’t walk around the truck to check for previous damages, I had to do it and had him put a sticker on driver side rear corner. The truck didn’t have half a tank of gas but he edited the paperwork stating that it did. I recommend UHAUL to train him. He was acting like he owns the business. It was just that one employee everything else was perfect

Truck smelt like fuel the minute I got in. And got worse after I got to my destination. Disappointing to think if you’re paying $.79 a mile the company would make sure to actually put that towards maintenance and fix the fuel leaks so customers aren’t paying more than necessary

When I made my reservation I said that I needed 2 days. When I picked up the truck they said it had that it had to be returned the next day at 2:00 the next day. when I called they said 4:00 the water light was on when I picked up the truck and the guy said it was ok the truck beeped the whole time I couldn't finish the move had to hire people to finish.
