Be straightforward about noticing. It blows my mind that a 29,99 dollars a day truck rental turns into 180 dollars, 55 of it being charged after i returned the truck, without my consent or knowledge, and only 3 hours after unpicked the thing up. I drove about 20 miles less than expected initially, so if anything I should have had a credit. Then i remember what company I'm dealing with and how ethics and morals seem nonexistent when dealing with corporate America. I only used this native because I had no choice, but never would recommend U-Haul to anyone because it wouldn't be idea for low income families. I was completely taken advantage of and overcharged, you're pricing is not realistic or fair.

Tacoma Self Storage was a great location to pick up my U-haul from and everything was easy to get done from there. 10/10 would rent from them again.
ADAM LThere was trash left in the cab and used moving equipment in that I did not order in the cargo area. The windshield was so dirty that I could barely see when the sun hit it. There was also a break light out. I believe I should be refunded some if not all of my money.
