Very rude experience.
Marina RFirst, there was nothing online letting me know I wouldn't be able to drop off the truck after hours at this location. So, I had to take the key home with me (back to Olympia; 30 miles away) and then return in the morning so I could drop off the key. Second, this location's driveway is on a steep hill. So, turning onto this street was very daunting (and I have been driving much larger trucks for the Army for 25 years). Then, turning into the tight driveway was not easy, and finally, trying to park the truck in the small parking lot was not so easy. Were it not for my years of experience driving military vehicles I don't know what I would have done. Overall, I will make sure to look closely at pickup and drop off locations for Uhaul in the future before I volunteer to take a much larger vehicle than I requested, to a location I don't want to go to.
Freyja EI wouldn’t recommend u haul in general because of the way the reservation works and because of that I had to drive twice as much. It took me three hours longer and costed me more money. Very unsatisfactory
