The 15 foot truck that I rented had no windshield wipers! This is in the state of Florida and driving down the turnpike. It’s very rare that you don’t get a rainstorm in that area.

Everything was great. They were not the original location for this order. They worked with me to change that and worked out all the kinks that came with changing the pickup location. The older gentleman checked behind the younger gentleman's work and made sure he knew what he was doing and corrected him as he went along connecting the carrier to the truck. So glad to see that.

Had an initial issue with the first truck due to a check engine light, but staff took it in stride and were able to swap out the truck quickly and get us on our way. Very nice and professional staff.

Air conditioner did not work. Try driving 3 hours in Florida in July with no air. No discount given. Also, we were given the wrong size truck. Doesn't open until 9 AM--late for those who are moving.

Fill the tank. don't send them to different locations to pick up equipment. That should be done by uhaul. Don't drop the ball on their reservation of equipment . Why can't you take split payments!?

Check vehicles for leaks! The purpose of renting a truck is to keep one's belongings safe and DRY!!! A leaky truck totally defeats the purpose!

The truck was poorly maintained. The back of the truck bounced and seemed unstable. The man was quite rude when I picked up the truck. He rushed me out of the office, showing attitude that I wanted to read what I was signing, and insisted that I had to fill up the truck to the half full mark when it was clearly at the 3/8th mark on the gauge. When I tried to understand why I had to fill it up above the shown mark on the paper gauge he began raising his voice and saying to just do it.

Probably the worst U-Haul dealer in the many times we have rented. I would never go back there. We know how to hook a trailer up but if we didn’t there would have been no one there to help. They pulled the trailer up, had me walk around and sign the papers and walked away. The frustrating thing is we drove by the U-Haul on W Tennessee St where we requested to go and there were plenty of trailers and it was right across the street from where we were doing our move out.
