Great return of equipment. Personnel were easy to deal with, and made the return as quick as possible, with no hassle.

I was charged and dropped off the truck at this location, gave the attendant the cleaned truck, gassed up to what they requested, the keys, and all of my information. Yet the attendant would not let me check out as someone before me was having a different issue with Uhaul. These customers were on the phone w uhaul for over 39 minutes, all the while I am waiting. Again everything was completed but the attendant said I needed to stay? After the other customers left I verified everything I provided to the attendant w the manager and he said it wa fine to leave? Very frustrating and extremely inefficient operation at the Sunoco on Mahan Drive.

very confusing as the owner wasn't there and we had to do everything by cell phone of a person behind the desk. But what bothered me the most is the first location switched my location an hour before I arrived. I stayed in line for 40 minutes to be told I had to go to another location!!

The pick up location was changed and upon arriving the staff person was not familiar with the pick up. The truck was not parked in an accessible location. It was not clean, nor did it have a full tank of gas. The truck made noises that should have been taken care of during a routine service. So needless to say when I turned the truck in at the next location I had to explain the above about the truck not being clean.

Some of the equipment on my reservation was not available at this location which was assigned to me by U-Haul. After paying at this location, I had to go to another location to get the furniture dolly. I understand this is not an uncommon occurrence with U-Haul.

Conduct business at a counter not over an ice cream freezer in the middle of the store. Have the moving supplies (pads) you ordered when you pick up the truck don't offer to drop them off in a hour into the move. Finally don't insult the customer when they ask about added on fees explain them.

I was supposed to have a dolly included and I paid for it and reserved it and I got NO dolly. I have moving men standing around while i was told to drive to different locations to find a dolly. Equipment was not ready I deserve a refund.

Rental agent was not familiar with paperwork and did not even give me a contract. I went to the original location I reserved the truck from and got the appropriate paperwork.

We did not realize that there would not be staff at the site to: -- discuss hook up issues and any challenges -- assist with hook up of the trailer Talking over a cell phone (using the attendant's personal phone) with a person off-site was extremely cumbersome and took way too long.

I could not recommend this location to any friend or acquaintance that is not technologically savvy. I had to use self-check-in because the man behind the counter barely spoke English and could not reach his "boss" on the phone. He actually told me to return the next day, which I could not do, consequently, I used the automated process. The attendant at this location was not even aware of such a thing and would not accept the key. I finally just laid it on the counter and told him that the truck was checked in and that I was not going to return. I do not know if he understood what I was saying, or not. When I picked up the vehicle, the attendant called someone (after he took care of the buying customers in the store), and that person asked a series of questions, and then had the attendant get back on the phone and he handed me a key. Pick-up and return at this location is a bit unsettling.

Staff at this location is not trained to hook up a trailer. Had to do it myself, even though I had specifically asked if they would hitch the 4x8 trailer for me. Owner conducted business on cell phone, was unable to complete contract and got Uhaul in on a 3 way call at which time I had to give all information again. It was frustrating and time consuming. Additionally, I was left wondering if I had hooked up the trailer safely. Language was also a barrier.

2 dozen furniture pads where NOT available. The check out to get the 8 foot trailer took 1 hour even though I completed the express checkout before hand. Was very difficult to understand the cashier and individual on the telephone. Heavy India accent.

No computer to checkin onsite. Needed to call owner to check in.Had to unhook the trailer myself.

This location is a gas station with only 1 attendant on duty. He demanded that I verify mileage and gas level with my phone camera. I waited for over 20 minutes after taking his pictures for him while he waited on other gas customers that kept filing in the door. I was forced to get demanding or I would have stood there all day while he waited on every other costumer that came through the door after me. He then argued with me about fuel level and wanted me to go back out and take another picture while he continued to wait on everyone else. After driving over 1000 miles I became angry with this treatment while my family waited for me outside. He put me on the phone with his boss who ended up charging me extra for gas after I topped off the tank in the truck AT HIS STATION! I've never been treated so poorly at any Uhaul location in my life.

Difficult to find, as this is a gas station. The guy inside was helpful, but then had to wait for the Uhaul operator to show up because again the Uhaul computer system was screwed up. The operator had not idea I was coming to drop off, even though I got a text instructing me to bring it there. Very poor computer/internet system, but friendly operators, who need better support from UHaul.

This was a very good location, convenient, safe location on busy intersection. The gentleman who helped me took the time to show me how to checkout and leave the key after hours. They were very helpful, I will use them for Uhaul business in the future.

No problem with the sites, but I have one with the company. The receipts are sent in a format that I cannot view. I don't know if I am being billed correctly.

Truck was dirty. Truck drove like a covered wagon. Pick up location did not have dollies or furniture pads. Pick up location did not go over details of the contract like drop off location and drop off date and time.

The drop off location was a service station/convenience store. The worker appeared surprised that I was dropping the tow dolly off; he called his boss and I spoke with him. I didn’t have the feeling that the checkin process was actually completed - no paperwork or computer entry was done. Otherwise, it went wall and both parties I spoke with were quite courteous.
