I picked up the van receiving customer service from a new employee who was taking all her time, with no passion for what she was doing, no smile, very serious, while I was in a rush to go to work and was asked same questions again over and over. Please, itÂ´s okay to have new employees but train them more efficiency and make sure it is the right fit for your company.

The refund/release of over Authorization of funds for payment (mile) estimation. Some miles should come with the rental. On a truck that cost $39.95 Boxes, tapes, Gas upon return it adds up. During an already expensive move the way to help your customers offer 20 miles free with every rental. $39.95 free 20 miles $29.95 free 15 miles $19.95 free 5 miles I think that would improve customer satisfaction. We called ahead to see if we could pick up at the Tampa location and return to a Hudson location and we were told no problem, but that there was an additional charge of $20.00 Quoted over the phone $29.95 plus $20.00 for a 6 x 12 trailer. When we arrived at Uhaul, we were told that they don't allow a drop off at a different site and if we did what to do that, it would be $149.00!! After an hour of trying to figure out what they would allow us to do, we settled on an open trailer and paid $29.95. When we saw the trailer they had for us, if was filthy dirty!! I mean FILTHY!!!! Whoever used it last had moved some sort of scrap metal and oil products. The bed of the trailer was covered with screwed, nails, nuts and bolts....and some sort of mechanic oil. We said the condition was totally unacceptable and they said they could clean it up a bit...which took another hour! Finally after 2 hours, we left Uhaul vowing we would never return to that location, Had it not been that we needed the trailer to move something...we would have walked out. The manager on duty didn't seem to care or was willing to help us. Our rep Stephanie was very slow, but at least she did her best to help us and personally cleaned the trailer and gave us some moving blankets to lay in the bottom of the oil soaked trailer. Not sure why Uhaul accepted the trailer back in that condition or why they never attempted to clean it out before renting it to customers, To make matters worse, we had to make the trip back to Tampa just to return the trailer! Extremely poor service, the website says one thing and when you're there in person, they say something totally different. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

Returned uhaul when office was closed due to adjusted new years day schedule. Barely got uhaul into line of returns off of busy road. Drop offs either need to be scheduled better (less per day/overnight) or equipment should be moved to allow adequate room to pull in off the road for returns.

Stephanie Vega went out of her way to help us. She explained to us that we can pick up at Orlando and return the vehicle in Tampa. When we called customer service, that option wasn't given to us. We used to rent with Enterprise, but after this experience is going to be U-haul from now on. Very professional and kind. We also save lot of money. Thank you very much. The young woman who rented the van to me was unpleasant and unhelpful. Although she was nice enough initially, after she gave me the keys I noticed that the mileage on the vehicle did not match the paperwork I had been given, and the tire pressure monitoring system was not functioning. I went in to the store and asked her for help in resolving these problems but she was dismissive and rude. I was disappointed that a company with U-Haul's good name would allow any of their vehicles to be driven with mechanical flaws, and extremely unhappy that your employee felt that my concerns did not merit any kind of help when just a few more minutes of her time would have sufficed.

They tried to charge me for 2 days rental, when I had it for 5 hours Luckily I read before except the bill. Someone there stole my credit card info and changed stuff with it and I had to cancel and get a new card.

This was the worst rental experience I've ever had. I will never rent from Uhaul again and will tell all my friends about the horrible experience. I choose a drop off location and confirmed it when I picked up the truck. I explained when I picked up that I would only need it for 4 hours, she said the price is an estimate and if I use it for less time and miles the price may be less. Well it wasn't for one. But the real issue is I returned it to the Sunco deop off location and they refused it. It took 10 minutes arguing that I had to go to work and I had a reservation to return to them till they told me another location to go to. I went to the location they said and it was a storage place not a truck rental. I was now running late for work. I called Uhaul and they sent me to another location. I hung up and GPS it realizing it was 20 minutes away and I would definitely be late for work. I called Uhaul back and was told if I didn't return to that location then I would be charged more. I explained that I was just given that location and it was fo far. She said I had to go there or be charged. I couldn't believe it. So I drove around for 1 1/2 hours just because of Uhaul and barely made it under my mileage allowed. I ended up late for work and got written up. This was a horrible experience. Why do you make reservations just to get refused? What was I supposed to do with a truck with mo where to take it. Why dis I finally have to return it soo far away. Signed VERY UPSET CUSTOMER

Every time Iâ€™ve rented from this location, one girl is always training new employees, which take a long time to complete a reservation. Also, me and another customer had a difficult time finding where the UHAUL was located. No one, other than the guys hanging out back was available to assist.

I was surprised to learn that trailer rentals are no longer a 24 hour rental. I think that changes in length of rental time should be publicly posted because it may influence the type of rental the customer will choose.
