Kayla Bailey saved our experience. In addition to renting a uhaul we had set an appointment to have a hitch installed. When we arrived the hitch had not arrived and as it turned out was back ordered beyond on our move date. Kayla called all over the place and even drove over an hour to get us the needed part! While in the end we were not able to get the hitch Kayla's efforts on our behalf are the reason we will continue to do business with uhaul! Placed reservation for 10ft tuck and dolly. When checked-in at location with crew member verified reservation but we never received dolly. Noticed this once I got home and immediately called company to report this. Spoke to AJ and advised of this and he stated he will make a note on my order that it was never received. Dropped off truck after hours but left comment online that it was never received. Now I received an emailed invoice charging me for the â€œmissingâ€ dolly $150?!??Eryka C.

Truck was pretty old and beat up, over 160,000 miles. Cabin smelled awful and rode pretty bad. Found a good size slice in one of the tires. Not well maintained or cleaned.Tom G.
The process for after hours return is a little frustrating. It'd be nice if they'd let us know we should do the return application, BEFORE we put the key in the drop box. Having to take photos and record the exact mileage after I had already placed the key in the drop box was upsetting.Rosemary L.
Communicate better with your workers about lost and found. I left some stuff behind on a truck and not even a hour later I goes back to get it. A lady that worked there threw my stuff in the trash than she acted as if she didn't know what I was talking about. But walked me straight to it. Than tells me I should have checked the truck or that wouldn't have happened. (April 14 about 8:30-8:45a, white woman black hair and was wearing a grey polo). Located on north 56 street in Tampa fl. Correct national customer service assistance. Wait time is totally unacceptable. Reservation scheduler I spoke with seemed unsure of what he was doing and had difficulty answering a simple question about cost of changing my drop off location. I could not find a way to change location and rate change information online as your phone message says. I tried on your website and your app. Not intuitive or user friendly.Gurvis O.
