Horrible experience. Our pick-up location was switched the day before, which was fine. When we arrived, there was a man setting up tables behind the truck, and selling merchandise off them to passersby. When we asked him to move, he told us that he had paid the owner to be there and we would have to take it up with him. Then the url we visited had some technical difficulties, so I had to wait on hold and be on the phone for 45 minutes to resolve the issue. Once we secured the truck (after having to move the tables ourselves), we found that the blankets and dolly we asked for were not supplied. We have another move in 3 weeks, and more than likely will not use U-haul as a result.

The team at Casey's was friendly and helpful and patient. It was a little cramped getting the trailer hooked up but that was because I chose to go get it from the back instead of having them bring it to the front, which they offered to do. Will use again if I need to!
