Have someone available for transaction. Difficult to do everything on cell phone including billing. Hookup fee of $25 was charged to credit card despite giving cash because I was told hookup fee was only cash. Luckily I noticed this and was able to get back cash but experience was unpleasant. No proof was offered on return of equipment. I was asked to just leave equipment in in location without cameras. I was forced to get late for work and wait 30+ minutes till someone came.
