Getting charged 25$ for a cleaning fee when I returned the truck in the same condition that I received it in is a job will never be using uhaul again enjoy the 25$ thoGERALD E.
The whole experience was horrible. I was given a truck that was supposed to be one way and was told after everything was loaded and I was half way to my destination that I needed to bring it back that they made a mistake and gave me the wrong truck. The person at the store was not overly helpful. When I completed the transaction, he gave me the key and that was it! We had to walk around and look at all the trucks to try to figure out which one was the one I rented. He had no other customers at the time he was just disinterested in doing anything but the bare minimum. And, his store was not clean at all.Laura R.
Overall a not great experience unfortunately. It was less with the specific location but Uhaul overall. I had my location changed last minute due to my original location not having the equipment I requested. The new location was a bit out of our way. We also had organized everything to be contactless but this was changed with the new location and we were not informed. Was passed between many representatives just trying to confirm how I would be receiving the keys, if it would be a code to one of the outside boxes, or in the convenience store. Eventually was told to just figure it out with the guy inside, the interaction wasn't that great but I can't blame the guy I'm sure he deals with this a lot since the information and communication gap came from the customer support and Uhaul website side of things. Finally we got the keys, but when we checked the truck none of the equipment we requested was there. So I had to call again, was transferred between 3 more representatives and was eventually given the told I can just go to a different location to get what we needed. We were already running late by now so I just decided to cancel the equipment and get a refund on those items. They did this quickly and easily which in grateful for. I was honestly quite surprised and a bit disappointed at the experience, many things were just more complicated than they needed to be over fairly simple questions. But the truck worked fine and the drop off afterwards was easy and that's all I really needed.Jordan H.

The guy was on the phone with what appeared to be a personal phone call during the entire check in process. The vehicle was filthy inside and out. I had to clean it before I could use it. The return was a lot more pleasant but could have been easier if the app worked.Matthew P.
The pick up truck that I reserved was not available when I arrived to pick it up and the truck that was given to me was dirty and smelled like cigarettes so bad I couldn't even turn on the a/c and put the windows up. It was just terrible and I'll never use that location againSamantha L.

The clerk, md Islam, was rude and the location was filthy. He would not give me a receipt, overcharged me and signed the contract WITHOUT my permission. He told me to get out of the way so he could handle his other customers. NEVER rent or return to this location... it is unsafe and not professional in any way.Lura W.
I really object about doing this as a phone app. I will likely not rent from U-Haul again because of the ridiculous amount of time it took ME to rent a van for a few hours. This includes the time to work through your website, then at the store taking pictures of my drivers license, etc. It is not for me.Ron S.
