The associate that helped me did a great job and was very polite and helpful, but I couldn't help but notice he was the only person working there. This caused it to take over an hour waiting in line to return the truck. It would be cool to see you put a couple more people there to help him for the times everyone seems to decide to rent a truck at once!
This has to be the worst experience I've ever had with Uhaul. I had made a reservation a few days prior to my scheduled pick up on a Friday afternoon. When I arrived, there was only one person working who I believe was the general manager. It was really busy, and there had been one lined formed backing out to the door. The area that's listed as â€œkey pickupâ€ is where I went as we had already made the reservation ahead of time. I was the LAST person helped, even though customers came in after I had. He ignored that and assisted us last. Over half the customers that arrived were trying to rent vehicles that day. Rather then announcing it to the entire line, he told every individual person that the didn't have cars or trucks available. So, our wait time was about 30 minutes. Not only was he not wearing a mask, he was eating chips and sucking his fingers WHILE handling people's credit cards. We're in the middle of a global pandemic - I was horrified and it was absolutely disgusting to watch knowing he would be handling my card too. After we finally left, I truly was glad we were out of there. Only, the pickup truck I had reserved was filthy... I didn't want to take my mask off inside the vehicle I was so uncomfortable. It became apparent not only was he short staffed, but he WAS NOT cleaning the vechicles in between customers. Seriously horrendous. I had to take the truck to my house to sanitize the inside before my trip. I felt extremely frustrated and uncomfortable. Overall, hands down the absolutely worst experience I've had with this company. It was terrible and I am honestly not sure if I'd ever rent from Uhaul again. If Uhaul is truly a franchise - DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION
The Uhaul employee wasn't wearing a mask nor were other people in the store. Also, the online certification system for our pickup took much longer than I was anticipating. I also didn't know that I would have to provide two forms of ID at the time of pickup. It would have been good to know that ahead of time

I used 24/7 truck share and had an agreed 630am rental but the employee the night before did not put my keys in a lock box so I had to wait for the store to open to get my truck. Wasted time and the manager did not care. Very bad!!!

I rent from U-Haul all week long. There are inconsistencies with each location, undermanned or out of date, slow data base. They have it together at the Apache Station in Tempe and I am extremely grateful for the continuity and attention to detail. Great job!
The people I dealt with were GREAT.
I booked the uhaul on my phone, I wasn't aware that a one way trip was so much more expensive. When I was contacted to confirm my order I asked the representative if the prices was an estimate for 30 miles and would be cheaper if I used less and she said no, she did not offer to change my order to go by mileage. When I went to pick up the truck the truck and the keys were both on completely different area than what the instructions on the app said. I used only 13 miles for my entire trip and when I took it to the drop off location the man that helped me said that the pick up store should have absolutely saw that and offered to make an adjustment for me, especially after I asked about it. I way overpaid for this uhaul not realizing the difference while booking on the app.
I just never have a good experience when I go to u-haul. The policies in place always add extra fee's even when you think you've sniffed them all it. Plus it seems like every employee I come across seems to be irritable and standoffish. Just overall poor experiences in try times using u-haul. Will definitely be taking my business to Penske from now on.

I booked with U-Haul and also got moving truck for movers book with U-Haul. â€œA better moveâ€ Never showed up. I ended wasting money getting the truck with no movers. Very bad experienced and money wasted.

Nothing. This is the 2nd time I rented a pickup truck here in a month and the experience was was easy as far as pickup and drop off. Staff is also very nice at this location.
Drop off was easy enough, though I waited about 10 mins for someone to come out to the truck to check me in, and when I went inside to make sure they knew I was there, there was no customers in the store, and staff was standing around, and had no idea I was there. Par for the course with Uhaul - generally pretty poor service.
Marcus was not friendly or helpful. Very cold, abrupt, nonchalant, and dismissive. If I would have let him he would've put six people in front of me. He didn't tour truck eith me like most reps. He didn't make sure to explain return process. He didn't even explain contract like most locations. He asked me how long I needed the truck I replied "a few hours". He replied "I need the truck I'm giving you back by 7a.m. . We have a reservation for it." His statement made me feel like he was procrastinating giving me the truck so late ate night because of his early morning reservation. Poor quality communication skills & customer service.

Tried to pick up with app and took over 20 mins, then talked on a chat. Where they said I had to talk to someone at the service desk after they had already verified my information.
Great customer service. Credit card machine was acting up but the rental went smoothly.
The keys didn't fit in the box which is ridiculous to be honest. Go over the process and know the sizes before giving it to a customer.
Personnel were great. 2nd rental in two weeks and both times delays due to credit card processing.
