dolly was subpar. check-in was too long. On-line check in did not work. Left voicemail message ~1 hour prior to pickup and no return call. On hold on 800 line for U-Haul for over twenty minutes before I gave up. Surprisingly bad experience.ROBERT D.

Maybe just give w grace window of 3-4 hours after scheduled drop off to accommodate any less than full day changes to schedule. But at $20 per day plus insurance it's totally reasonable that it's extra time = extra day. Overall a great experience, would totally recommend.erwin V.
Stop being cheap and shady with the gas consumption. the gas was at 5/8 full which was in the â€œcircleâ€ where it was supposed to be returned. Yet i was charged for 3 gallons of gas. If you want to charge more. Then charge more. Don't be shady and use the gas as a way to make more money.kenneth K.

No front lights!! Only one high beam worked. Also, the 24/7 app wasted about 40 minutes of my time and ended up not working so I had to revert to waiting for the u-haul center to open up (for pickup) and dropping off the vehicle by just dropping off the keys (for drop off). The Uhaul center attendant was efficient and courteous and the location very convenient for me. I would rent from there again. The problem was with the truck and U-Haul 24/7 app.Jonathan B.
