Location is in a worn down, smelly cigarette store attached to a bar. That said, the customer service was fine and location was very convenient.

Needed moving supplies store to small to carry any truck was dirty had to lean back before using and front smelled bad floor dirty and trash cupholders truck was covered with multiple ex's on outside due to vehicle damage truck pulled to left most likely needs alignment but did pick up on time so that was a plus!??

Have some gas in the truck and make sure you can open the back end. The door was frozen shut and there was no gas in the truck.

The uhaul we were given drove poorly and we had to have a tow truck tow it since it got stuck on a flat road. We will be going through a different company next time.

Scheduled pickup at 3:30. Arrived at 2:45 due to flooding in area and snow. Was trying to get out of town earlier. Lady that was working the bar/online gambling part said she didn't know how to work the computer. Had to wait for the man to arrive at 4pm before I could get going
