After my reservation I checked on it and the lady told me I didn't have a reservation. Having to go thru Colorado because that's when Smith Rock Storage doesn't answer but aren't related to the UHaul side of the business.So then you get redirected and well I finally found someone who confirmed I did in fact have a reservation, I had my confirmation number also, and a direct number to contact as I may be out of service area day before pick up. After that it went very well. Was concerned what would have happened if I didn't have a cellphone or computer for all that is required now to pickup and return a truck?? Thank you.

The whole online computer via phone check in with a pain in the butt. The truck was not clean and we got no credit for the gas we left in the truck. It was almost empty and it cost me $82 to fill it up.

The furniture pads were not in the truck, there was something sticky spilled in the cab, and the parking lot is EXTREMELY tough to exit. The truck was great on gas mileage though.
