Tried to speak with someone at Cheezez Enterprises but when got there closed . A sign on door states they would be open but were closed and it the stated they went for errands. Tried to call and no answer. Not a good way to do business. We left copy of contract with all info and we have proof also. The next day from U Haul and dealer in Schofield wanting late fees when we dropped off what were were told to do by Daehlins. Wanted fees of over $141.00. I was very upset as no one could give us the CORRECT way to handle this so you need to educated ALL dealers and U HAUL. Had to use debit and BETTER NOT GET ANY ADDITIONS CHARGES or I WILL SEEK LEGAL ACTION.

Needed a trailer for a short time to pick up furniture. Picked up a NEW, CLEAN perfect trailer. Trailering it worked beautifully. So happy with the experience and will rent again when in need.

Go away from the ability of online reservations. Online reservations make me choose a pick up location and evidently that's not the case. I had a missed call from a 715 area code the day prior to pick up. No message not another attempt to call. Go to pick up trailer and it's not at the location I was asked to select from the online reservations. Evidently that 715 area code was to tell me I had to go to rhinelander to pick up. If your going to tell me where to go why ask for my dealership dealership was great to work with but problem is with u haul itself

I've moved 5 times in 5 years and this is by far my best UHaul experience yet. I honestly believe it's because of the service I received from Cheezez Enterprises. He was helpful from start to finish. Especially when I had an issue with the truck. He made sure I was taken care of.
