My 9 AM reservation was not possible because the location was not open, even though I downloaded the app to pick up. My desired truck size was unavailable. NO ONE CALLED ME, NO ONE Answered THE VOICEMAIL MESSAGE I LEFT AFTER I WAS UNABLE TO PICK UP THE TRUCK. HAD MOVERS AT MY HOUSE AND WAS UNABLE TO GET MY RESERVED TRUCK UNTIL 3 HOURS LATER.Eusebio R.
We ordered a dozen blankets with our 20' truck rental, but they blankets were not provided. We waited until the location opened (late morning) to ask for the blankets and were told they didn't have any. They said that the order couldn't be changed to take the blankets off, but that they would put a note in our file so that the drop-off location would know not to expect the blankets when we dropped off the truck. We were charged $84 for the missing blankets. I would not recommend this UHaul location.Marc M.

They weren't there when I went to pickup at 1. The person who tried to help me was at an airport and very hard to hear could get anything done with that person over the phone. Truck also had a crack on the drivers side windshield. They pretty much told me not to worry about it. Took me an hr to get the truck wasted time that I didn't have with the people who were helping me move. They knew someone was going to pickup at 1 yet no one was there. I spent way to much money for using a truck for about 2 and a half hours. I will go thru Home depo next time if it is only a few hrs. I feel totally ripped off.Stacy R.
It was a drop off point in the middle of a parking lot. It took me forever to find the VERY SMALL orange key box. Also the instructions on the box on how to actually return the truck were little to no help. Over all I've had a horrible experience renting with U-Haul. I just hope they are honest enough to give Me my Gas money back That I in EXCESS put in to there truck due to the BROKEN gauge.cody P.

Charged for extra mileage I understand, received the truck with 1/3 tank of fuel. Dropped off the truck with 2/3 tank of fuel. Would be nice if there was a fuel discount when you leave more than you received. Otherwise a very good experience.David P.
Had originally rented the truck from 10-3 and purchased furniture moving pads, never got pads and day was hectic so it took longer so I called and let them know so I was informed it would be fine to bring it in by 5. On my way back to the drop off location I ran into a lot of traffic as it was rush hour, so I called again and was told over the phone I was okay as long as it was there before 6. I arrive at drop off at 5:30, only 30 minutes late. Then I find out I was charged double for EVERYTHING EVEN THE DAMN PADS I DIDNT GET I WAS CHARGED DOUBLE! Makes no sense and that is completely ridiculous, I only had the truck an extra 30 minutes and I was charged for a whole different rental. This is outrageous and I will be calling corporate and I will be reviewing both U-Haul and paragon online and don't expect it to be nice at all. RidiculousIvan A.
Truck was dirty both in the cab and in back. It says $25 charge if you don't clean it out before return and it was gross. After sweeping it out myself I saw all the previous dirt and dog hair ( I love dogs) but I don't want that brought into my new residence!LAURA LYNN B.
The place did not open til 9:30 because no one showed up. I had a pickup time of 9. I would never use U-Haul again after this.Michael B.
Vehicle is not clean during this pandemic I feel like it's very important to take the extra step in cleaning it looked like somebody had sneezed on the inside of the windshield right and the driver would sit and it was left there for me not to mention the fact that when I went to pay for the truck after a cleaner returning it I was unable to pay because they are system was down when I tried to pay care I was told that I could not pay cash then I was told that I could leave cab and they would just call me when the systems backup and they could process it and they accidentally ran by card they would turn the money I had to stand there for 40 minutes just trying to pay for the vehicle but I have party handed over the keys tolouis D.
This location is a cell phone repair facility that happens to have UHaul trucks/trailers there. The attendant (Kevin?) was very nice, but he did not know how to navigate a change in the system/contract and was the only person there waiting on 5-6 people. The trailer was in the parking lot, but a car was parked in front of it. We had to manually push/move the trailer to get it hooked up. I checked in ahead of time, but it still took well over an hour to get my trailer. Real badDouglas K.

I originally rented from a different location scheduled for 9 am on 08/23/2020 on the website and it was a confirmed reservation that explained it was a 24/7 and would only need my smartphone. When I get to the location it stated I had to wait for the business to open at 0800 am. I was already at the location at 0900 and on the business door it stated it was closed on Sunday. I called uhual and was told there was nothing anyone could do because It was closed it was a very unhelpful experience because I was on hold for an hour. I was then transferred to the scheduling department, they were very helpful and even got me a bigger truck at my original truck rate with the locating being right down the street. After speaking to them I was more then satisfied with my experience.Daniel C.
