Don't change my time and pickup location without notification. Big were changed day of and no notification was sent. When I arrived at the original requested location at 11am and began check-in, the location and time were changed.

The front desk told me that the only way to drop off after hours is to pay 20 cad. Later on I found through a friend that I could have done a mobile drop off too on my cell phone without any charge. The person scammed me for 20 bucks. Feels like hell. Avoid this place.

Due to COVID the office hours and staffing are an issue, but no fault of UHAUL. The staff member arrived promptly to look after us.

When i went to drop uhaul .. there was no one in office . I waited there for around 1 hrs tried to call in office but no one pick up the call . I tried to call around 20 times .. this was my first time with uhaul but it was not good experience .. will recommend uhaul to my friend but not this location .
