I rented the van to go snowboarding. I disinfected the van, and wiped it down. I do NOT understand why I was being charged an additional $25 + tax for the "cleaning fee". At most the boots might have left some sand into the cargo area, but prior to usage, the associate sweeps it with a broom stick anyways. We had no tools for the this trip and even given the added effort of us lysol wiping the buttons... We cleaned the van cabin but still got charged. It's a moneygrab....David C.

Upon returning the uhaul to the location after hours, I attempted to log into the website and do the online return from my car in the parking lot. After 15 minutes of trying and it saying that "location not found/ location not detected" i went home. At home i tried to do the online return form again and nothing worked so i called customer service. Customer service said it was my fault that the form wasn't working because i was now at home. I explained to them that i tried many times in the parking lot, and that i got the same message while there. They said i needed to call the location and tell them what happened or else i would be charged the $20 fee for not completing the online return form. I call the location twice, left one message and they never got back to me. I was charged the $20 for failing to complete the online return form, even though when i tried it several times it didnt work, and all customer service did when i called was say that it wasnt going to work now that i was home. All levels of this organization failed me and then charged me an extra $20 for their inability to do their job. The online form didn't work, customer service blamed me for the online form not working, and the actual location did not want to pick up the phone when i called, or return my call.Jon W.

I'm frustrated because i chose Uhaul so i could prebook my equipment. When i get there the equipment i requested was â€œnot availableâ€ so the owner removed the dollies and blankets from my bill and made me rent and/or buy her equipment at a higher price. $7 for a dolly turned into $10 and $10 for a dozen moving blankets became $5 per blanket. I can't help but feel that this is an intentional scam and i'd like Uhaul to contact me about it.Luc H.
