I went to your place on 1668 queen Street West. Mr. Mohammad over there helped me a lot. He didn’t have a cargo van for me but he contacted main office and then again somewhere else on Danforth( I believe) and eventually got me a van at 480 Coxwell st. There where two member of yours on Coxwell Office, a very nice girl and a real gentleman....I donno their names though. Thanks a lot.

I was sent to 1070 Danforth however the office was closed with signs saying that I was to go to 480 Coxwell where the ACTUAL Uhaul location is. I had to spend an extra $25 on an Uber to get there on time.

Had to go to three separate locations before I was able to get a truck since the other two were supposed to be open, but no one was there that day. When I received it, the truck only had a 1/4 tank of fuel.

I actually picked up the vehicle at a Coxwell location meaning my answer to the location is not reliable. We asked for blankets which were not available on pickup - advance notice would have been preferred

Ordered an appliance dolly but when I went to pickup the truck one was was not available and had to track one down from a rental center wasting my time

It took the staff quite awhile, 20-30 minutes, to process our rental and she recorded the rental time for when we arrives rather than when we got the truck. We requested 24 blankets/pads and increased this to 36. When we folded the blankets/pasd after our move we found that we had only been given 30. She took the blankets from a pile on the ground , some half in a trailer and a few from the trailer. There was one and a half bags wrapped in plastic and the rest were messy and coverd with debris and pine needles. We received an email the day before our rental as to where we should pickup the truck. When we arrived at the location for pickup we were told that we had to go somewhere else, about 5 minutes away, to get the truck. It would have been aqppreciated to get the correct address for pickup. On returning to my home I had another ematil telling me of the new pickup location but I had left home before it arrived.

Don't route people to 1070 Danforth on the phone if there are no truck there. Specify that the pickup is at coxwell

I get a text message that confused and frustrated me after I had left the pickup parking lot and was driving. I tried to return the van to 1070 Danforth Ave but no parking and when I finally read the faded note in the store front window the note said return the van to where I had picked it up at a different location. As my mobile battery declines I'm again frustrated by the mobile return method. My location av availability is turned off my device and I don't know how access or change to be accepted into the return method. I had said I would return the van in the morning but attempted to return as directed. Can you believe I wasted more than two hours farting around. Neither myself nor wife were happy

This location does not exist. I selected it as my preferred location when I made the booking. Then I got an email message telling me to pick up at a different location on Coxwell instead, which I did. After picking up, I got a text from Uhaul telling me to drop off at 1070 Danforth when I finished. Fine... except when I tried to go there, there is no Uhaul at that address. Very confusing. We ended up returning to the same location we picked up. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

The people working at the Coxwell location are nice and deserve better employment but U Haul appears to be so horribly run that you won't ever get the equipment you reserved, from where you reserved it, making these kinds of questions irrelevant. Heck, I still don't know how much they are going to charge me, and after what I experienced, I'm bracing myself for some underhanded poop flying my way.

Second weekend in a row that I have rented a cargo van from you. One at the Rust-Check on Warden Avenue last week, and today at Greenwood-Danforth. Very pleased with service AND cost at both locations. Would use again.

Not impressed with the site from which I was referred, on Parliament, as they had booked us in and then sent us to this location, which added 1.5hrs on to our moving day. The agent working at the Danforth location says the Parliament location agent does this frequently.

The staff member on site at Coxwell was fabulous. BUT there was no dolly available even though I had ordered it.

I booked at the Parliament St location in Toronto. When I got there the guy told me I booked in other location, I thought it was my mistake I went to the new location and it was closed. I called and they send me to another location (coxwell) they were really nice there, but they let me know I originally booked in parliament and I was changed without notice. It was a completely lack of respect. I ended up paying for two extra cabs due to the first place incompetence.

When I arrived at the location it was closed and the person I spoke to on the phone confirmed it was supposed to be opened. It seems like there was no communication between U-Haul and its customers advising them that the location actually closed and that they needed to go somewhere else. Not impressed at all. I would expect a discount for the inconvenience.

The location was changed to 480 coxwell, not movers choice. My experience with them was terrible. Will be calling in to discuss
