BEATA MARTA P.He didn't even check the truck and was very plain when I asked questions didn't tell me when I would get my refund . I was worried about him not checking the truck before I left . When I returned he didn't want to check teuck I had to tell him to . Just said give me keys went back on his phone call . Didn't answer me about my refund said u will get it when u get it ??? Still haven't received it . I want my refund now please . Also he pre determined my miles and put that on my card ? Shouldn't the miles be billed after I return ? Not before now I have to wait for a refund . Your mileage is so much money . No I would not recommend this location ever . The one on parliament st is way way way better Charles runs it very polite man . This guy was not very helpful at all too Buzy on his phone !!!!!

Jason T.After a terrible experience at the Parliament location last year, I was pleasantly surprised how easy and smooth it was to book, pick up and return the U-Haul van. The person working the front desk was also polite and efficient. I would definitely use this location again.
