I was overcharged by one day, only had it for 2 days. I was charged for 3days. I may have been 5-10 mins behind, but this is unacceptable. very shaky at highway speeds 70-75mph. it needs brakes bad, not safe feeling. if not resolved, I will not rent with u-haul again. I will be using Penske from now on.

I’ve used this location for drop-off of UHaul equipment several times; staff here is always very friendly & helpful. I paid for an extra (5th) dsy for the truck due to predicted snow on my unloading day. As it turned out, I did not need the extra time and returned the truck within the standard four day rental period. Would have been nice to receive a refund for the in-needed day, but was told “no”…

The agent came out to the vehicle and hooked up the trailer for me. Everything worked out just how we wanted it to with her help.
