I had rented moving pads and they were not in the truck and the fuel was so low that I had to buy gas before i went anywhere!

The only thing that went wrong , the person that took all my information for the rental got everything wrong but my phone number. Luckily a txt with the confirmation number was sent to my phone. From there they were able to rent me the Uhale that was reserved for me. Everything turn out ok. I just don't understand how they got all my information wrong?

Bonnie Sthe pickup location was down the street and management seemed to struggle with check out process, and was unaware there was a reservation scheduled.
