UHaul location is a very small operation. They do the best they can with their current situation. However, there is a severe flooding problem when it rains. I was walking in ankle deep mud taking pictures of the truck upon return. I sincerely appreciate the service on short notice.

I made 5 phone calls to the person and until the last phone call I finally got an answer. I was able to get the key to the Truck and come to find out when I open the gate to the back of the truck there where was a head board, mattress and two twin size bed frame in there. Truck also had a funky order and look like it went through a dust storm.

The worker met us outside to give us the keys but didn't have us sign anything or give us any paperwork. After we left, we saw the gas tank was empty and had to fill right away.

This is the worst u-haul dealer I have ever rented from. The business was not open at 10:00 a.m. I had to call the owner twice to get them to come so I could pick-up the trailer. The business is located on a gravel street that had about 6 inches of mud and water that we had to drive through after just washing our car.
