Thank goodness for the attendant at this location who was AWESOME. I was using the uhaul app and it refused to accept pictures of my passport as ID. The app is close to being solid, but when it jams up like this, is super frustrating and the rental clock is ticking. Also it's very unclear what the rental period is. Do customers just make it up when they select it from the drop-down, or is it a certain amount of time? This is confusing.Kenneth M.

Local vendor was fine. Uhaul online reservations was really poor. The morning of my reservation Uhaul sent me an email changing my reservation from 2 day to 22 hours a different pickup time and mobile app pickup onlyðŸ˜³. At pickup, the app showed that my reservation was expired prompting several phone calls to Uhaul Customer Service and lots of holding and transferring back and forth between Uhaul employees who couldn't help. Very bad experience. Next time I will explore other options besides Uhaul.matthew M.

We originally rented for 2 days, but realized we would need a third. We sent an email to them and they set it up for another day. The gentleman was very polite and gracious and it was a relief to have the the extra day added for me. I got sick from the heat, so what was a stressful time was made easier.
