Just awful. Used UHaul many times before with great success but this location is pitiful. Picked up on 24/7 at 6:00 AM. Equipment that I had contracted for not in truck. Had to wait until 9:00 AM opening only to be told they didn't have the equipment and I would have to go with the truck to another location to get the equipment ON MY MILEAGE AND GAS. Incredibly poor customer service, Totally inept, amateurish operation. Cost me the loss of 3,5 hours of moving time.

Ramon L.When I pulled up to the location, a man came up to me and told me I'll take the key. He was not using any type of name tag or uniform to identify him as an employee, and he did not even introduce himself. The only thing he asked me if I had any problems and that I would get a receipt.
