The manager needs to attend customer service classes. He was rude and did not greet customers. Made phone calls to people who had reservations and had not picked up equipment, not professional. Those conversations should not be witnessed by other clients. Not that location ever again, and probably will avoid Uhaul all together. Not satisfied with the overall experience.

I was given 23 furniture pads, rather than 24 (which I didn't know until I got home). Transmission on the vehicle should have been addressed prior to renting-out the vehicle. Otherwise, this was a very easy check-out process.

Mark owner manager threatened to charge my card $500 if I did not return next day at 3pm. I am a flood victim in Sand Springs and this site would not allow me to keep truck another day so I could get more items before my hone flooded. What’s more ai could not return anywhere. The time it took me to get to storage facility and hire help I could have spent loading more items! Worst Uhaul experience ever!

We have furniture that was ruined due to a storm. Water came in from top of truck. Took out insurance. Returned truck and showed manager pictures. He said he was going to fight claim because it came out of his store. He was rude and very dishonest. Absolutely the worst experience I have had. I am so upset right now over the situation. That manager is one ugly human!!

The call center employee who took my reservation reserved my moving van for the wrong day, but the employees at the local Uhaul store corrected that and upgraded me to a bigger truck as there were no 20 footers available.

At the time we showed up to pick up our reserved trailer there were two employees on duty, there were three customers. The young man was finishing up with the first customer, we were second. The lady who was helping us experienced a computer lock up and had to start the whole process over. We had reserved the largest trailer you rent and I'm almost 70 years old. So both of us worked to get the trailer hitched up. It was on an incline in the parking lot and my pickup is a new one with the taller bumper height so it was not going to be easy. During this process the third customer made a retail purchase and left. At that time the other clerk sat down, pulled out his cell phone and proceeded to play video games and smoke a cigarette while the lady clerk and I struggled with the trailer. Over the last 50 years I've hired and fired a lot of people. I can assure you, he never would have gotten past the first interview with me. Your HR system is severely flawed if this is the type of employee you're looking for.

The manager left a new employee to work by herself. She was struggling but was very diligent and kind. It took 45 minutes to get the transaction completed. The manager showed up as we were finishing but never offered to help her. She was visibly distraught. The manager should be fired!

First had a trailer reserved at 51st and 169 in Tulsa. Got there to pick it up and had it hooked up and ready to go and they stated it had already been rented and unhooked it. Stated they put my reservation in computer wrong. This location at 51 and 169 did not have any customer service. Said nothing they could do and sent me away to the store at 33rd and Yale. Even when I went talk to manager at 51 and 169 they could care less that I wasted gas and two hours of time because of them

When i returned the van Mark tried to say i had damaged it a place he was running his hand over but cldnt see it with your eye. He tried to change the rental prices until i started asking for corp number I WILL NEVER USE THAT LOCATION AGAIN

You all over drafted my account after already debiting my account for full payment upon return of the rental truck. This is the second time I've experienced you all over charging my account. I will NEVER use uhaul again. I'd rather pay a higher cost to rent a moving truck from somewhere else than use uhaul again.
