The lady that helped us was wonderful and it was so efficient and smooth. Great customer service!
Blake J.This was a terrible experience. The Uhaul dealer was closed on Friday when I returned the truck. Truck had to be left in unsecure location. I made two trips with car filled like a fishbowl to take the blankets to the other Uhaul dealer in Tupelo to turn them because I was concerned that they would all be stolen out of the back of the truck. Tried calling for days to make sure truck was successfully checked in, no answer. Called regional mgr who took care of it immediately. Thank You Jon Bottman. The other Uhaul dealer in Tupelo, Uhaul moving and storage was wonderful, very helpful with this whole mess.
debra H.The truck's front end would go to left ad right when hit potholes in the road. It was very hard to drive.
