The front tire was flat and the dolly and pads were not there. The cab was also dirty. When I called customer service they sent me to another location across town and they didn't have the supplies either. The lady there also said the cab was filthy and spent 40 minutes cleaning the truck. I hade to purchase another day with the truck because it took two hours of my loading time to get the truck situated and drivable.
Erik C.There's no sign to indicate that you were at the right location. No directions on how to return the keys. It's basically a fair isolated place. They also werent able to resolve my issue. The man I called was already frustrated and transferred his aggression on me but he later apologized and went right back into it when I told him why i called.
