This location was an hour away from the original pick up point. UHaul's new pick up process is a joke. Even then, you'll have to wait for the Uhaul rep to get the keys. They don't give them much notice either. Do better!!

The vehicle was dusty and had dirty/sand all over the floor. The tire pressure light was on for the back tire. The sliding door on the passenger side would not open at all. The location has zero parking. Therefore, when a personal vehicle was parked on the grass it left nowhere for me to safely park the U-Haul truck for drop off. An attendee from the other lot named Uncle Duke had to come and assist with parking the vehicle without blocking his business. The location is not safe and the vehicles are not maintained.

Wanda WWrongfully charged me a higher amount than what I was told. I was told $1.19 per mile then was charged $1.49 per mile it’s a hold on my card I want my money back
