My original pickup location was closed, and there was no vans on the property. Nor was there any e-mails stating the location would be close.

Filthy dirty van inside and out; heavy cigarette smoke smell inside vehicle and location had a carwash on site. Informed manager at pickup and his response was, "I'm sorry." I will NEVER rent from this location ever again!!!

Gavin D.Upper Marlboro is a joke you told me I had to have a round trip and bring the truck back from Myrtle Beach South Carolina and return it the next day I told him it was impossible but I managed to get it back to Brandywine by 430 only to be told that why did you drive it round trip you could have dropped it off in Myrtle Beach so I drove 440 miles plus a $180 extra in gas for no reason and I'm awaiting a call back from U-haul
JIMMY S.This was not a true location, but a gas station in a sketchy area. Vans were parked awkwardly and was difficult to move. Service attendant did not know how to process the transaction. But was very apologetic as he FaceTimed with his manager.
