However, I reserved the truck at a location 2 miles from where I was, and Uhaul changes pick up to a location 22 miles away at the last minute. "Truckshare" would not load on my App, and I can to call customer service " 40 minute hold, to get the code to my lockbox! Never again

I would not recommend U Haul to anyone. Customer service was not helpful. Changed my complete order and cost me more money
Robert BSo happy to have this location in Valley and close to home. Lee was extremely helpful in getting our truck checked in. We had a little difficulty as it was not showing up in his database. He knew exactly what to do to finalize the procedure. Definitely recommend this service and location for your U Haul needs.
