william G.Talked to rep on phone, and he was super helpful. Dropped it off after-hours and received a bill shortly after. Even though I didn't meet him, on the phone he was great. I will say about the Uhaul itself...I'm surprised with this truck. I went from Texas to the tip/top of Maine with it, and it handled business like a boss. The roads weren't the best, the conditions weren't the best, the terrain wasn't the best, but this thing barreled through all of it with no problem.

JOANNA Y.After loading some of the furniture, the anchor points for tie downs were useless. They would only work if they would be inward from the front and back. Also some in the horizontal middle and roof along the sides.
