The staff should be prepared to assist with problems checking in. The self check-in process is cumbersome and annoying. Especially because we have rented uhauls so many times before. It definitely did not save time, as promised.Catherine B.

The customer service rep on the phone had an attitude and was not attentive to the details I shared. I got to the store and the details were incorrect and no reservations were made. This is the second (and last) time renting from this location. The first time I used the van for 11 miles and I had to put 3 gallons of gas in, so it clearly wasn't full again I got it. I mentioned this when I returned it but got nothing more than a shrug of the shoulders. Nonetheless, I went back a second time. This time before leaving the parking lot I checked the fuel gage and told the guy in the store that it wasn't reading full. He told me he would give me a credit. This time I had to put in a little over 8 gallons for 68 (mostly freeway) miles. The original guy wasn't in the store but I mentioned it to the new person and she typed away at the screen. When the receipt was emailed to me, there was no gas credit. So next time I'll try Budget.David W.

The overall experience was outstanding and the van was a breeze to drive... very few miles on this vehicle and still had the new car smell. I filled up with gas after using the cargo van for 7 miles. It took 3.844 gallons!!! So either your vehicles have terrible gas mileage or I ended paying for the previous drivers gasDavid W.
