There wasn't anyone that could help us with a 'glichy sight' . The uhaul sight was not working for me. We did get through with a woman on the phone. It took us over a hour to get everything worked out. Did we get charged for returning the truck late?

The vehicle was in poor condition. The windshield wipers were old and fell off twice during the drive, while using them in heavy rain. We had to tape the wipers to try to make them stay. Very dangerous! Also, the 10' vehicles are very uncomfortable for long drives.

My rental wasn't set up for self check in or key retrieval, and the complete incompetence of the guys there made me half an hour late for the movers. It was a shit show.
