Showed up to location I was supposed to be at, called customer support and they had assigned me to the wrong truck and there wasn’t even anything at the location that I could use so I had to drive 20 minutes out of the way to get the truck I didn’t want with no discount. Only free miles to get over to the new place. Between being on the phone, waiting and all the extra driving, it took me an extra 2 hours.

We did not drop it off here, we dropped it off at Liberty Shell, the same place we picked it up at. There was nothing done, just turned in the keys and he told us to go. The man didn't look at the truck, check mileage, fuel or anything. He didn't even leave the shop!

Make the check up n process faster and easier for the customer. The clerk that was helping me had to run her gas station as well as draw up the contract for the U-Haul rental. Process took 30 minutes and i was the only u haul customer there at the time. Giving the circumstance, she did the best she could with what she had.

Allow customers better time frame for pick-up of a rental. Don't wait until the last minute. Try to have equipment available at the customer request.

Since this was a convenience store location, an extra person at the register would have been nice, considering that we had to wait each time a store customer came in for a purchase. When you're moving every minute counts!

The employee was rude was not willing to help just said I don’t know I don’t know. I called U-Haul and they said you can drop it here when we finally turned around to try to drop it for the second time. He was not willing to help, and just sat on his computer for 10 mins before he even spoke , I asked him if he saw it in his system he said I don’t know. I said I’m on the phone with U-Haul who is telling me I can drop it , it’s in your system. I said we are just trying to drop this trailer

Be much more clear when changing from the preferred pickup location. Have the preferred pickup location call the customer and say this is the preferred pickup location, we don’t have the truck size you requested but we do have a different size or we can help you find one close by. Our pickup location was so far away, it completely used up our alotted mileage and cost a lot of extra time. We also reserved an appliance dolly that wasn’t at the pickup location and we were not notified until pickup. We reserved a one way for two days and were charged accordingly- thankfully we saved screenshots because they tried charging us again and having us return it early. They couldn’t access the receipt to show we paid for both days up front but the lady we dropped the UHaul was very nice and helped us out.

The store employee told is we could return the truck anywhere so we took it to mail central near us. Afterwards we get a call saying we had to return it to where we got it or be charged $200.. You need to make sure your employees are trained properly. The customer shouldnt be held responsible for the employees mistakes. Bad cistomer service

First they said we never returned the truck even though we did return 2 hours prior to the deadline. Then after we got that handled they waited 3 weeks process everything and charge us the additional $100 that we were never informed that we would except in small print. Due to this terrible experience with uhaul I will never use a uhaul again! I will get a budget or Penske in the future! When I called to find out why I was charged an additional $100 I was bounced around to 4 different CSR reps and none of them were able to dig and find out why I was charged the additional $100 and then finally she did find out that it was the mileage and tax which is fine had it been applied to my account on the day or even week of the purchase but they waited 3 weeks to process it and now our account is in the negative because we did not expect the charge to come out of no where almost a month later.

I was charged for 30 extra miles because the last said her computer was down and did my rental on her cell phone and she also didn't print the contract or show it to me to show me the mileage which was not the mileage when I got in. the mileage was 50,193 but instead she put 50,163 and my endingileage was 50, 245 but they charged me anyways. They also charged me for fuel and I brought it bacck the same. so instead of $62 i was charged $111. I even called customer service before this charge happened and was still charged. I didn't sign any contract ever with them or sign anything upon checkout. the guy called after checkout and accused me of not giving the key to the truck!!! I will be calling corporate!
