The gas tank was at a quarter full during pick up. I was also charged for the safe move charge when I opted out of it online.
ETHAN WOmar is the owner he was super helpful patient helping me rent the best truck for my needs and very kind. I recommend anyone use this location if they need to rent a U-Haul. The truck I got only had 1900 miles on it, it drove like a dream! Super easy return and fast access in and out to the freeway.
ANDREA BI had originally requested mobile pick up but the truck I ordered was there but had not been checked in by the location. I had to call the location because while it said they open at 9 they were not there. When I called the gentleman sounded like I had woken him up. He arrived 30 minutes past my truck pick up time and didn’t have any of the rollers or blankets that I ordered.
