Was double charged and had to go through U-Haul themselves to get an answer or even a refund in general. They charged me near $300 for about 6 hours of use. ($30 for one day and $1,39 per gallon which wasn't even 50 gallons)

This was in a strip mall, with many stores. The facility was a store, that was maintained by one clerk that did not know how to accept the truck. So alot of calling around to get someone to accept the truck. She didn't speak English. She finally called the owner and he stated they already have accepted one truck and could not receive another. I then called the number listed on my contract form for assistance. She asked to speak with the clerk, after which she then accepted the truck. This experience was really stressful to me. A lot of unnecessary steps, time consuming, in returning this UHAUL truck.
