Truck was smaller than we reserved. We reserved a 15 ft truck and the truck was only 10 ft and it was ridiculously expensive. Won’t be returning and will be posting my disappointment on Yelp.

better signage near street gps took me to trucks & storage side when the office is completely in different driveway I know of 3 other people that id that as well. Susie was very nice & professional. It was little confusing if you went to the side of the building where the vehicles were located then directed to go to the other side of the building, other than that the service was great!

Equipment was fine but that lady who runs it does not have any type of customer service at all. She needs to understand that I can go anywhere for a rental so if her customer service is that poor that I wouldn’t go there even though it’s the closest one, then that is not good business for her or Uhaul.
