I have rented U Haul at this location couple of times; I hope this was the last time. The cashier's are rude and unprofessional at this gas station. When I returned the truck, he charged me extra mile, I told him I had taken a picture of the odometer when I pick up and when I returned. He told me if was not satisfied with the service to contact UHaul and file a complaint. Very, very rude man. I will never use the gas station for anything, and only will pick up a UHaul truck there if they are the only option in the area.Jefferson T.

There was no room to park the UHaul once I got there. I had to wait for the owner of the store (not his fault he was busy with customers) to come out to help me. The only upside is that it was a lot closer to me compared to the original store.Rachel H.
Van was great. Pick up was great, and the woman who helped us was wonderful, BUT the guy who was working when we returned (Bisho?) was unmasked, and would not keep his distance, or put on a mask when asked. We are under mask mandate for public spaces right now, and in at risk category. He was rude and combative when asked to don a mask. Unforgivable, and we will not use this location again bc of him. The uhaul needed an oil change when I picked it up. Also the tire pressure was low on all wheels. The back of the uhaul (van) was muddy and gross. The service when I dropped it off was awkward.Sara F.

I was overcharged for my rental. The person that was handling the rental was a gas station employee and said he couldn't do anything about it and that I would have to take the issue to Uhaul. I would rather rent from a place that has an actual Uhaul person available so something like this doesn't happen again.Kelly A.

The online checking process continues to be useless. In a time when everything is online you still are behind the times with a semi manual check in process forcing the user to wait for stupid identification calls and canceling the online reservation just to be forced to do it person at the store. The customer service wasn't there at all. Checking in and checking out both employees gave me an attitude especially the gentleman at night. I was 2 hours late with the van and I guess that ticked him off causing him to roll his eyes when I asked if he can send a receipt. This facility shares its space with a gas station along with a connecting door to restaurant. So your sign in and business window is small, crowded and inconvenient. English is a second language for the managers which sometimes results in difficulty making reservations, etc. The van I used had a warning light showing an oil change was needed. The warning seemed to have been there before I requested its service. Otherwise it was clean and useable. Pricing is fair and managers will work with you until you are satisfied.Penda B.

The people themselves were great and easy to work with. The equipment, not so much. The truck would bounce and rattle from 35 to 45 mph. Once I got to my home and started unpacking I started noticing ants. A few here and there that's Mother Nature, but the complete farm that was coming from a crack in the fabrication, not what I wanted to see. I had to completely unpack boxes outside to ensure I wasn't tracking ants into the house. The only complaint with the people themselves at the store is that when I brought this to their attention the clerk just nodded their head and continued to just say okay.James R.
