Bryce S.I did not receive a email of contract and was charged an extra fee because I didn't sweep out the bed of truck. The truck leaked water and all my belongings got wet. They charged me extra for gas and I put gas back in the truck. It took an hour to get truck due to poor internet service in place. I reported this all to company and still haven't received a call on the matter. This was my first time ever renting a uhaul and probably my last due to my poor experience
