The app was very difficult to use. We ended up just leaving the truck and dropping off the keys.

People great, location great, easy process. My challenge was in reserving the vehicle I needed (and was allowed to book) at a different site was not honored. A week earlier, what I needed, where I needed to grab it, fine. Day before, pickup site moved 20+miles, or larger truck at original site offered. Sure, provided additional miles on the contract. But extra time and gas involved. Would have preferred your company making the original booking details happen.
Susan Cbit confused by signage on storage facility has different name
DIANA CI rented from Carson City Nevada on Saturday and needed to drop off at location near my home. When I rented online the only option available for drop off was Tuesday which was odd so I called the CC location. They told me I could drop off early at the WW location to save money if I didn't need the truck until Tuesday. Tuesday was the only option available to select for a drop off date so why should I have to pay extra money when the WW location's website said they were open all day Saturday? When I went to drop off the truck in the early afternoon on Saturday, they were closed. The sign said they would be back at 9:30. It also said they were open until 4:30 I think but there was no one there. I called another location in WW but they confirmed that they could not take my truck as I had to return to the location I selected. She said, if nobody is there, drop the key in the overnight drop off. So I did. Imagine my surprise when I got another invoice from the WW location charging me for after hours service. No refund of the money they charged me. Charged me for 4 days when I only needed 1. And then charging me for after hours because they closed early.....
BRAYDEN MAfter I paid more than $600 to rent the van, they nickel and dimed me for 2 gallons of gas (which is hard to judge given the crappy gas gauge) and charged me a mysterious $20 “after hours” fee even though I dropped the van off at 10:30 AM, 2 hours before it was due. If they refund me these unfair charges, I will improve my review.
