A little crazy for drop no signs saying U-Haul drop off it's a bottle redemption center . Just a small box outside in wall to drop keys in. I left keys with associate . Didn't realize I needed the app to check the truck in .

Steven PHave a store front for U-Haul not a bottle redemption hole in the wall
lynn dOnline setup wasn’t fully setup by employee. Had to call U-Haul customer service. They were able to help “pick up my truck”. Mean while I waited around in the parking lot of the business because they were not open. Customer service helped me get the code to the lock box. Once open there was no key inside of it. Employee then arrived and said they would give me some money off.
Michael DDon't have a u haul return at a bottle and can redemption center. Floor was dirty and sticky.
