Online setup wasn’t fully setup by employee. Had to call U-Haul customer service. They were able to help “pick up my truck”. Mean while I waited around in the parking lot of the business because they were not open. Customer service helped me get the code to the lock box. Once open there was no key inside of it. Employee then arrived and said they would give me some money off.
