The front desk did not know how to access my order. The technician wanted me to hook up the trailer to my truck. I did not know what to do. He did it and disappeared without checking if the red light on the trailer was effective and without any advice. I went and knocked on the garage door and window but he declined to open and listen to me. I had to look for another agent to show me how to open the trailer.The second agent had the same attitude. After showing me very fast what to do, he disappeared without making sure I was able to open the trailer. These two agents appeared with a flat affect, and acted like people who are not happy to do their job.
