Waited a long time to get help without being told â€œI'll be right with you.â€ The male receptionist finally helped me and called me over by not saying a word and instead using his hands with a â€œcome hereâ€ gesture lol. Felt kind of weird to be honest, customer service impression was very degrading, made me feel like I was the worker and he was the customer. I almost told him â€œthank you for choosing U-Haul have a good trip.â€ We in the midst of a global pandemic, if you alive and well during this time that's every reason to be up and happy. Especially at your job when people are losing their jobs.
I picked up and dropped off my you haul on the 24th of this month. I did not catch the gentleman's name who was helping me, but he was a great help. He treated me with a sense of urgency as he did with all the other customers that were there. He did a great job moving the line fast but still took the time answer questions. Great efficiency. Moving a family of 5 across 3 counties completely sucks! I hope I never have to do this again, but if I do I'm going to Uhaul.

Personal was unfriendly and short. Seemed like he didn't want my business. This is not the first time dealing with this person. If needed I will be checking out another location here in Michigan.

Different trailer then the one on the pictures. Running lights on trailer were not functional. When I told the lady at Uhaul she said they won't come on until the car turns on the headlights through the sensor. When I said I manually turned the light s on she said it doesn't work like that. Told us it would be fine. Well no running lights while we were driving at night. Note that there was another unit available in the lot.
I was charged for extra fuel. Sent a Message to the gm but have not heard back.
I did not get the equipment I requested with my truck. Had to drive all the way back to the location, just to get the wrong item.
The worst experience ever. I scheduled a 9 15 am pickup, the â€œsystemâ€ was down, I Finally left at 10 30 am. I attempted to use the online check in and no touch pick up of vehicle, it would let me check in but not going any further. Website is not user friendly for vehicle pickup. The customer rep at the store (only one working, 10 people behind me line out the door) stated this â€œSystemâ€ issue happens all the time on weekends and â€œwait until California signs on, it will be worseâ€. I have used U Haul many times in the past but I will research other choices going forward, no matter what the price difference might be. Like most reviews, I expect this one will go unread or the issue will not be addressed which leads to losing customers.
The guy who rented me the truck was very polite and friendly oppose to going to this location the day before and the guy was rude. I was hesitant to go back the guy was so rude. I actually walked out. I'm glad I did, totally different customer service experience. Very nice guy. I didn't get his name but very friendly. Star quality especially with everything going on the last thing you expect is to have someone rude when your day can already be stressful enough. Great customer service

i came in and I paid for my services and i didnt get my dolly i paid for . Returning it was even worse. It was more the customer service from the 800 # then the property iteself that i have an issue and concern with.
